EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a free and easy.

Exchange of the items purchased from Neelam Boutique shall be allowed within 2-3 days from the date of delivery, provided the merchandise is in its original and saleable condition with original invoice.

We do not return or exchange Gift Vouchers, Gift Garments.

In the unlikely event that any outfit you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if outfit delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the outfit unused, in its original packaging, tags.

Any exchange or returns for reasons other than the above, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded.

Merchandise bought during sale will not be exchanged

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact. In original packaging and eligible for return only can be refunded.

What is the return policy on Neelam Boutique?

Neelam boutique reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer

 

How will I receive the refund for my canceled or returned product ?

We will process your refund within 7 to 15 business days incase of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been reached at our store.

 

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable

 

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

 

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange

 

with the customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations might be available for orders placed within India. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability

What are the international cost and shipping duties?

please ask shipping charges before despatch will provided you regular or express charges duties will bear by them .

 

Please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.
